Leviticus 14:29-31

²⁹ The rest of the oil that is in the priest’s palm shall be put on the head of the one to be cleansed, to make atonement for him before the Lord. ³⁰ Then he shall offer one of the turtledoves or young pigeons, which are within his means. ³¹ He shall offer what he can afford, one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, together with the grain offering. The priest shall make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed.
